Qu Jingyang detailedly introduced in his speech the latest fourth-generation intelligent palletizing workstation developed by Sinergy Automation. This workstation integrates industrial robots, visual recognition and Internet of Things technology, and possesses the following core advantages: 


Modular design: Supports quick switching between grippers (vacuum cups/plates/custom fixtures) and tray specifications, meeting the needs of various industries such as food, chemical, and household appliances. The changeover time is reduced to 15 minutes. 


AI visual deviation correction: Using deep learning algorithms, it can real-time detect the position and posture of the materials, with a deviation correction accuracy of ±0.5mm. This solves the problem of unstable stacking in traditional palletizing due to packaging deformation. 


Energy efficiency optimization: By adopting servo drives and lightweight mechanical arm design, the energy consumption is reduced by 20% compared to similar products. It can complete the stacking task of over 200 tons of materials in a single day.
